It is our goal to work with our leaders and support a business-friendly environment that will support our economic development.

Legislative Sessions and Planning The Vermont legislative session begins in January and ends in April, or May each year. The Chamber is involved in setting a legislative priority list for our organization. In addition, the executive director spends time at the Vermont State House during the session to view the proceedings, keep apprised of the committee work and bills being introduced, and also to testify if need be.
