Legislative Sessions and Planning.
The Vermont legislative session begins in January and ends in April, or May each year. The Chamber, in partnership with the Vermont Chamber of Commerce and its Government Relations Committee, is involved in setting a legislative priority list for the organization. In addition and when appropriate, the Executive Director spends time at the Vermont State House during the Session to view the proceedings, keep apprised of the committee work and bills being introduced, and also to testify if need be. If you have questions about what is happening in the Vermont State House, or have concerns, or would like to show support, please call Chamber staff at 802-888-7607, or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
