Ivy Computer, Inc. was founded in 1986 in Lima Ohio, by George Pierce. Established originally as a custom software house, Ivy developed software, for industries ranging from Fire departments, to the world’s largest Pork Rind Manufacturer.

Ivy has also developed several packaged software products. Some were very successful, other’s were not. Trash Flow developed in 1989 is among Ivy’s most successful products, as it leads it’s industry.

Power Shift Online began in 1992 as a small computer services company in Montreal, Canada. Joe Allen, the current company president, teamed up with an old friend Anthony Dodd, and formed Power Shift Computer Services, providing mostly business customers in the U.S. and Canada with PC sales and service. The following year they offered Internet access and a full range of related services
